| 摘 要： | 评价中心是一种日益被广泛应用的人才测评方法,普遍应用于教育、企业、公务员招聘等多个领域。为了让更多的人了解这个技术,该文主要介绍了评价中心常用的四种情景模拟方法,对该技术的应用前景进行探讨并得出结论：随着评价中心理论的深入研究和实践领域的不断扩大,该技术将会得到更好的发展。

| Abstract: | Evaluation center is an increasingly and widely used assessment method,it is widely used in education,business,civil servant recruitment and other fields.In order to let more people know this technology,this paper mainly introduces the commonly used evaluation center of four kinds of scenario simulation method,the application prospect of the technique is discussed and get the conclusion： with the deepening of the theory for evaluation center research and the widening of the practice in the field,the technology will get better development. |
