| 摘 要： | 在世界建筑领域，古建筑的艺术成就与科学价值极高，随着人们文物保护意识的不断增强，古建筑行业也进入一个发展黄金期，但是人才短缺却是制约其发展的一个重要因素，因此加强古建筑工程技术专业人才的培养有着重要的现实意义。本文就针对该问题展开讨论，提出一套理论与实践相结合的人才培养方案。

| Abstract: | In the world architecture field, ancient architecture is of high artistic achievements and scientific values. With people＇s increasing consciousness of protecting cultural relics, the development of ancient architecture industry has entered a golden age, but the lack of talents is an important factor hindering its development. Therefore, the enhancing the cultivation of talents for ancient architectural engineering technology is of great signifi- cance. This paper discusses this issue and proposes a set of theory-practice integrated talent cultivation plan. |
