| 摘 要： | 通过对高等职业院校建筑工程技术专业实践教学现状的分析，发现其中存在的实践教学师资力量薄弱、对实践教学重要性认识不足以及实践教学质量评价及激励机制不完善等问题。并充分运用现代高等职业教育理念，从改革人才培养方案、推进实践课程改革、推进实践教学师资队伍建设、加快专业实验室和实践教学基地建设以及推动实践教学管理方法改革等方面，有针对性地提出了改革与创新的主要措施j以期推动建筑工程技术专业实践教学质量的整体提升，构建起多种措施相互融合的高素质应用型创新人才培养体系。

| Abstract: | Through analyzing the current situation of practice teaching for higher vocational architectural engineering technology major, we found some existing problems, and proposed some measures of reform and innovation from several aspects, hoping to promote the overall improvement of practice teaching for higher vocational architectural engineering technology major, and construct a system of cultivating high quality applied innovation-ori- ented talents. |
