| 摘 要： | 通过对后发优势假说和吸收能力假说的实证检验,认为初始收入水平低蕴含的后发追赶潜力只是一种外在的可能性,其实现需要积累足够高的吸收能力.从中国区域经济来看,初始收入水平最低的西部地区追赶的潜力最大,初始收入水平最高的东部地区由于吸收能力较高追赶的能力也大大加强.

| Abstract: | This paper examines empirically the hypothesis of the late-development advantage and that of the Absorptive capacity,and suggests that the catching-up potentiality is just an exterior possibility,whose realization needs high enough Absorptive capacity.According to China's regional economy,the potentiality of successful catching-up in the West is the largest,and the capability of successful catching-up in the East is strengthened for its higher Absorptive capacity. |
