| 摘 要： | 辅导员是高职院校教师队伍的重要组成部分,是大学生思想政治教育工作主要承担者,是学生工作的中坚力量。加强和改进大学生思想政治教育,全面贯彻党的教育方针,实现育人为本、德育为先的目标,必须有一支高层次、高素质、稳定的专业化的辅导员队伍。充分认识辅导员角色的学术性、职业性的特点,实现辅导员职业的专业化是加强高职学院辅导员队伍建设的一条可行之路。
