知识吸收能力的内涵和构成维度:基于人体消化吸收视角

摘    要:知识吸收能力自1990年提出以来,其定义、内涵与构成维度等内容一直都是学者们关注的焦点,但并没有形成共识。从人体消化吸收的视角来探讨和分析知识吸收能力,对其重新进行定义,在Zahra和George研究的基础上提出吸收能力的5个维度,即知识获取能力、消化能力、转化能力、利用能力和知识清除能力,并构建了知识吸收能力的概念模型。

The Connotation and Constituent Dimensions of Knowledge Absorptive Capacity: from the Perspective of Human Digestion and Absorption

Abstract:Since knowledge absorptive capacity was put forward in 1990,its definition,connotation and constituent dimensions have been the focus of the scholars’ attention,but no consensus has been reached.This paper discusses and analyzes knowledge absorptive capacity from the perspective of human digestion and absorption,and redefines it.Based on the research of Zahra and George,the paper puts forward the 5 dimensions of absorptive capacity,namely,the knowledge acquisition capacity,digestion capacity,transformation capacity,utilization capacity and elimination capacity.Finally,the paper constructs a conceptual model of knowledge absorptive capacity.
