| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、问卷访谈、体质健康测试、数理统计等方法,以北京市8所高等职业院校三年制的1440名学生为研究对象,对学生的体质健康状况及影响体质健康的因素进行研究,根据研究结果提出了相应建议。

| Abstract: | Using the methods of literature,questionnaire interview,physical fitness test and mathematical statistics,taking 1440 students from 8 three-year higher vocational colleges in Beijing as the research object,this paper studies the physical health condition of the target students as well as the factors which may influence their physical health condition.It also proposes corresponding suggestions according to the result of the research. |
