| 摘 要： | 随着我国城市化进程的加快,越来越多的农村男子开始进城务工,农村留守妇女成为农业生产的主力军,这是一种数量巨大的人力资源.但是,由于受到政治、经济和思想文化等因素的制约,目前这类人力资源的质量状况却不容乐观.因此,建设社会主义新农村,需要各级政府高度重视农村女性人力资源的开发；加大农村教育投入,以提高留守妇女的教育资本存量；采取各种措施增强留守妇女的身体素质和心理素质；加强组织建设,使留守妇女走合作自强的道路.

| Abstract: | As a result of migration of male laborers from countryside to urban, rural left-behind women have become the main force of agricultural production, which are a huge number of human resources. But for now, the quality of this kind of human resources is not optimistic, mainly influenced by such constraints as the political, economic and cultural factors. Therefore, the governments at all levels should raise awareness, pay more attention to the rural women human resources development in order to improve the development of agricultural production and rural economy requires; And increasing the investment in rural education to improve the education capital stock of the left-behind women; Then taking various measures to increase the left-behind women＇s physical quality and psychological quality; At last, the left-behind women should take the road of cooperation and self- improvement through strengthening the construction of organization. |
