| 摘 要： | 随着知识经济的发展以及经济全球化、信息化的迅速提高，知识已经代替劳动力、资本、自然资源而成为经济发展的第一要素。学校作为知识传播与创新的专门机构，为适应社会的发展趋势，也应该进行知识管理。知识管理的价值，在于知识管理的实践。而实践策略的思考与探讨，则是落实知识管理理念的重要途径。本文将从学校行政、教师、学生、技术设备和社区五个方面探讨学校实践知识管理的可行策略。以作为学校改进现行管理方式的不足，扩展管理视野，提升学校效能。
