| 摘 要： | 知识管理作为一种新生事物，有着全新的管理理念和管理方法，将其引入民办高校图书馆建设当中，既是知识创新的要求，也是图书馆自身发展的需要。在对知识管理基本内涵及我国高校图书馆的知识管理理解的基础上，论述了民办高校图书馆进行知识管理的必要性，并从资源管理、员工素质和观念转变三方面提出民办高校图书馆实行知识管理的措施与方法。
