| 摘 要： | 循环经济是一种“促进人与自然协调与和谐”的经济发展模式,融环境保护理念于资源的开发利用中。通过对循环经济的起源、实质、3R原则等理念内涵的探析,挖掘其与旅游业的耦合关系,即循环经济在旅游开发与发展过程中发挥着重要作用,旅游开发与发展中必须发展循环经济, 且以北京蟹岛绿色生态园基地为例说明循环经济在旅游业中的实际应用。

| Abstract: | The circulation economy is one kind of economical development pattern which is "promotes the human and the nature coordinated and harmonious" and melts the environmental protection idea in the resources use. This article tries to analyse the connotation origin, essence of circulation and 3R principle of economy and excavates the coupling relations with the tourism. |
