| 摘 要： | 随着我国综合国力和国际影响力的提升,来华留学生数量日益增多,层次类别呈现多样化,这对接收来华留学生的高校提出了新的挑战。因此,加强来华留学生的教育和管理已经成为这些高校的当务之急。本文针对高校在来华留学生跨文化管理出现的问题,从管理学的角度进行了剖析,并提出了应对策略。

| Abstract: | Along with China＇s national strength and international influence is rising, the number of foreign students has increased, and the level and category takes on diversified, which means colleges and universities that admit oversea students are facing new opportunities and challeges, therefore, enhancing the education and management of oversea students has become a major task for those universities. Aiming at improving intercultural communication with foreign students, this essay analyzes the problems of managing foreign students from the perspective of management and provides suggestions and countermeasures. |
