| 摘 要： | 社区成人教育是建设学习型社会的必要途径和载体,在当前构建学习型社会的背景下,它在促进成人终身发展、全面发展,提高成人生活质量,促进终身教育体系的构建等方面发挥着重要的功能。本文从学习型社会的定义和特征入手,分析学习型社会视野下社区成人教育的功能,提出社区成人教育功能的实现策略。

| Abstract: | Community adult education is the necessary way and carrier to the construction of learning society, and in the current background of constructing learning society, community adult education plays an important role in promoting the adult lifelong development and comprehensive development, improving the quality of adult life and constructing lifelong education system. Starting from the definition and characteristics of the learning society, this paper analyzes the function of community adult education under the perspective of learning society, and put forward strategies to implement the function of community adult education. |
