| 摘 要： | 我国正处于由社会主义计划经济向社会主义市场经济的转型时期。旧的社会体制正在丧失其功效，适应社会主义市场经济建设的新体系和机制尚来完全建立。如何尽快建立和完善适合社会主义市场经济发展要求的思想政治工作体系及其机制，如何在实现国家繁荣富强的同时，建立起凝聚全民族的精神支柱，形成与时代相适应的思想现念和道德风尚，是我们青年工作者和教育工作者所面临的紧迫而又具体的问题。

| Abstract: | Our country is now in the period of transformation from the plan economic system to the marketing economic system. The old economic system is losing its effect while the new one adequate to the socialist marketing economy has not been completed. How to establish and complete the political working system accorded with socialist marketing economic development and how to concentrate the nation's spirits and cultivate the socialist polite and noble ideas while realizing the country's prosperity and richness have become the urgent and serious problem bo the young workers and educators have to solve. |
