| 摘 要： | 与企业对口联姻、双向渗透的“订单教育”人才培养模式是落实就业导向、提升就业质量和就业率、解决人才供需矛盾的有效途径。“订单教育”实现了就读与就业的“零距离”对接,实现了学校、学生、企业的三方共赢。高职院校可以通过与对口企业联姻,共同制定培养方案,共同组织教学实习实训,共同管理和监控毕业生质量等途径,实施“订单教育”,创新人才培养模式。

| Abstract: | This paper points out that the "order-mode" education is the chunnel and bidirectional infiltration between colleges and enterprises to raise the employment rate,to improve the employment quality and to solve the employment handicap.This method enable the college,students and enterprises profit from this connection by means of "zero-distance" interosculation between them,and co-operation on making cultivating-talented-person plans and practical teaching training and supervising the employment quality. |
