数字模拟变换器精度校准与测试的技术分析

摘    要:现代的数字模拟变换器和模拟数字变换器是极为精密的,但是其绝对准确度并不总是与其精密度一致.这需要在使用前甚至在使用中不断地调试与校准,否则将很难保持应有的准确度.从实践角度阐述了数字/模拟变换器和模拟/数字变换器的精度校准与测试技术.这种测试技术所需设备少,简便快速,实用性强,克服了以往繁、难、慢的缺点.

Abstract:The precision of digital and analog converter is not always as precise as it should be. Therefore it needs testing before and during its use. The calibration and testing technology of DAC and ADC precision are discussed from a practical perspective. This testing technique is more simple and practical since it needs less equipment.
