摘    要:INTRODUCTION Epoxide hydrolases (EHs) play a key role in the transformation and metabolism of xenobiotics in bio-systems (Armstrong, 1987). The enzymes are found ubiquitously in various organisms, including mammals, plants, insects and microorganisms, etc. (Argiriadi et al., 1999).
