| 摘 要： | 十七大报告指出,我国已进入发展的关键时期、改革的攻坚时期和社会矛盾频发时期.构建包括思想认同机制、利益均衡机制、社会保障机制、社会管理机制、矛盾调处机制、信息传递机制和社会疏导机制在内的系统性社会稳定机制,能有效地调适和化解社会矛盾,实现效能的整体性、结构的包容性、运行的开放性和调控的全程性,促进社会主义和谐社会的构建.

| Abstract: | The report on the Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out that China has entered a key period of development and reform,a period in which social contradiction happens frequently.To solve the social contradiction,it is necessary to construct a systematic stabilization mechanism including thinking identification mechanism,interest balance mechanism,social insurance mechanism,social management mechanism,contradiction settling mechanism,information transfer mechanism and social guiding mechanism.This systematic mechanism would realize the united efficiency,the tolerant structure,opening running and control in the whole process. |
