摘    要:学校教育失误是后进生形成的直接原因,表现为分班教学的等级分化、座位安排的隐性歧视、课堂互动的边缘效应以及“后进生”定势印象的集体意识不良等。学校的管理、教师的行为、班级的活动中透视的“不平等”信息标定一些学生为群体的“越轨者”。在教师期望与班级互动的影响和强化下,“后进生”产生了。
