| 摘 要： | 根据我国已处在信息社会奠基准备阶段的现实，借鉴了发达国家在信息社会转型期的发展模式和规律，以大连软件出口基地为例，分析了我国软件产业的现状，总结了自主创新地发展我国软件出口产业的三个层次和三个阶段的不同实例，指出了阻碍发展的问题和解决的方法，在此基础上，提出了自主创新的发展我国软件出口产业的新理念和具体措施。

| Abstract: | This paper,based on the fact that China has been preparing for entering information society,reviews the development model of information society in the developed countries,takes a typical instance of Dalian software exporting base to analyze the current situation of the software industry,and furthermore,summarizes the three levels and three stages of developing software exporting in China,then it indicates the problems in development and the solutions. |
