| 摘 要： | 哈代小说的女性形象以其矛盾性格和不幸命运已在批评界反复被人提起,《心烦意乱的传道士》同样也塑造了这样一个女性形象。女主人公莉萨一方面纯朴善良,向往自由生活,追求人格独立,具有叛逆精神。但另一方面,她又在暗中参与走私贩卖私酒的交易,是哈代塑造的一个"另类"新女性。哈代同情男权社会中女性受压抑的生存处境,同时又保留了某些男权意识和价值取向,冲破男权传统樊篱的女性最终走不了多远,体现了哈代女性观的矛盾性。

| Abstract: | Short stories are important parts of Hardy's work.With the analysis on Hardy's short story Distracted Preacher,this article reveals Hardy's view on female.The heroine Lisa,who was a special female figured by Hardy,yearned for free life,pursued for personality independence,was of spirit of revolt,and participated secretly in smuggling and selling alcohol made without authorized.Firstly,Hardy sympathized on females' situation of being suppressed in the man power society;secondly,some man power culture and tendency of values were remained and females breaking traditional man power fence couldn't go very far,which represented double contradiction of Hardy's view on female. |
