| 摘 要： | 本研究以我国高水平运动员人格转型与塑造为主要内容，对我国经济转型期出现的运动员人格危机，从传统人格的失效、现实人格的失范、理想人格的失落三个方面进行探讨，并对运动员人格转型的向度及塑造条件进行理论分析，从理论上探索我国高水平运动员在经济转型期的人格塑造。

| Abstract: | Taking the personality reforming and mold of our high - level athlete as main content, this paper makes discussion on athlete personality crisis, traditional personality expiration, the realistic personality deviate from the norm, the ideal personality loss during the economical and social transition period, carries on the theoretical analysis on athlete personality reforming and the mold condition and theoretically explores our high - level athlete in the economical transition period personality mold. |
