| 摘 要： | 知识流的循环流转有利于知识的创新及知识价值的实现.本文在回顾知识流与知识演化文献的基础上,从知识演化的逻辑来分析组织知识流的过程,建立了基于知识演化与学习的知识流模型,以此寻找知识创新的演化路径.其中,知识演化的过程伴随知识的流动,遵循知识演化的路径,以实现知识创新的目的.
