| 摘 要： | 知识服务是信息服务机构满足未来需要和社会发展挑战的必然选择,信息分析是知识服务活动中的非常重要环节,是使文献数据库资源得以发挥效用的重要手段.本文在对DIKw二维模型中知识增值实现的关联要素和过程分析的基础上,探讨面向知识服务的信息分析的切入点、文献数据库资源可被加工的层次与对应的知识含量,研究基于文献数据库的信息分析的技术路径及所需的技术方法.并以文本知识挖掘方法为例,论证基于不同文献数据库资源的应用.
