| 摘 要： | 在高等教育大众化阶段,出现精英高等教育边缘化倾向,主要表现在:大众化高等教育削弱了精英教育的力量、政府对精英教育干预过多、精英教育质量下滑以及功利主义价值追求等。在社会经济发展中,精英教育与大众教育各司其职,不可替代,二者相辅相成。在高等教育大众化阶段,政府应建立多元化的评估体系引领高等教育的发展,高校要明确定位、加强学术自治和过程管理,不断提升精英教育水平。

| Abstract: | With the popularization of higher education,marginalization tends to be a feature of elite higher education.The popularization of higher education weakens the elite education,which is intervened by the government.The quality of elite education falls down and the higher education goes in for utility.Both popularizing education and elite education play great roles in the development of society and economy of China.In the process of popularization,the government should establish multiplex assess system.Higher education organizations should confirm their precise orientation,strengthen academic autonomy and process management,thus upgrading continuously the level of elite education. |
