摘    要:良好的师生关系有利于教育教学活动的顺利开展,能够保证教育意义的最终生成。对话型师生关系是一种建立在师生平等基础上的,通过师生对话进行知识共建的教育意义共生过程。它有助于课堂教学的有效对话,有助于消减师生矛盾,有助于师生共同成长与进步。在对话型师生关系的构建中,平等是起点,对话是过程,理解是最终归宿。
