| 摘 要： | 价值观表达法是一种新出现的价值观驱动的领导力开发教育法,它弥补了传统商业道德教育方法的不足,重在培养学生的道德执行力。为改变我国现有MBA商业道德教育重理论、轻实践的现状,本文从教学方式、教学材料、教学方法三个方面探索了基于价值观表达法的MBA商业道德教学模式,以培养未来商业领袖的商业道德实践技能和知识。

| Abstract: | Values expression is an emerging value-driven education method of leadership development,which makes up for the shortcomings of traditional business ethics education methods and focuses on training students'moral execution.In order to change the status quo of the current MBA business ethics education in China,this paper explores the MBA business ethics teaching model based on value expression from three aspects of teaching styles,teaching materials and teaching methods,in order to cultivate future business leaders'practical skills and knowledge in business ethics. |
