理实一体化在外科护理教学中的实践与思考

摘    要:目的:院探讨理实一体化教学模式在外科护理学教学中的应用效果。方法院随机抽取实验班(54名)和对照班(54名)。对照班采用传统教学方法授课。实验班采用理实一体化教学模式教学,即在模拟环境中边教、边学、边做,师生共同完成教学任务。结果院实验班的理论及综合技能考核成绩均显著高于对照班。结论院理实一体化教学模式有利于提高护生的理论成绩、操作技能及综合能力。

Practice and Reflection of Theory-Practice Integration in Surgical Nursing Teaching

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the application results of the-ory-practice integrated teaching mode in surgical nursing teach-ing. Method:To randomly select experimental class (54 students) and a control class (54 students). To adopt traditional teaching me-thods in control class and theory-practice integrated teaching mode in experimental class, namely, the teacher and students work together to complete the task of teaching in teaching, learn-ing and doing in a simulated environment. Result:The theoretical and comprehensive skills assessment scores of the experimental class were significantly higher than those of the control class. Conclusion:Theory-practice integrated teaching mode helps im-prove nursing students' theoretical achievements, skills and com-prehensive abilities.
