| Abstract: | To establish the tutorial system for young teachers in higher vocational colleges is an important way to train young teachers＇ professional development. Starting from the characteris-tics of young teachers as a ＂vulnerable group＂, this paper ana-lyzes the necessity of establishing the tutorial system for young teachers, and elaborates the content and implementation ap-proaches of the tutorial system for young teachers. |
