| 摘 要： | 针对应用型人才培养过程中，教学用测绘仪器损坏率高、影响实践教学正常进行的问题，该研究提出了通过任课教师、学生、实验室管理员三方齐抓共管，在仪器设备管理、学生课前培训、使用过程跟踪等环节进行系统化管理的建议，大大降低了测绘仪器故障，保障完好率，从而提高教学质量，保证教学秩序顺利进行。

| Abstract: | For the problem of high damage rate of geodetic measuring instrument in the process of applied talent training, which affected the normal practice teaching, one management way was put forward in this paper. Under the efforts of teachers, students and instrument administrators concertedly, during the links of e-quipment management, student training before class, using process tracking, etc., the damage rate should be lowed and it would be significant for ensuring not only the quality of practice teaching but also normal teaching order. |
