| Abstract: | This paper first explored the importance of high-quali-ty talent group for university construction and development, holding that high-quality talent group construction plays a pivotal role in university education, talent cultivation and the realization of social functions;in the second part of this paper, the writer fo-cused on the problems existing in the high-quality talent group construction of universities;in the third part, the writer proposed countermeasures and suggestions based on the problems. The aim of this paper is to provide help and suggestions for the construc-tion and management of university high-quality talent group. |
