| 摘 要： | 当前高校管理行政化倾向趋势明显,高校行政权力监督缺位,主要表现为：监督机构边缘化、监督主体缺乏独立性、全方位与整体化监督格局尚未形成、外部监督力量薄弱。因此,应当构建高校有效的行政权力监督机制,一方面,构建高校内部系统完善的监督机制,另一方面,形成高校外部有效的监督机制。

| Abstract: | The current tendency of university executive is obvious;the absence of supervision of executive power is mainly as follows： the marginalization of the supervision organization,the supervision body lacking of the independence,the omnibearing and whole-based supervision has yet to take shape,the external supervision is weak.Therefore,the universities should build an effective supervision mechanism for the executive power,on the one hand,constructing a sound supervision mechanism within the system;on the other hand,formatting the effective exterior supervision mechanism of universities. |
