| 摘 要： | 构建联片教研信息网络，能打破时空制约，实现区域内教师研训常态化，让区域内教师享有均等的参与机会，发挥主动参与热情，使优质教育资源发挥更大效益。具体实践中需要搭建好一个平台；建构包括版主管理、课题管理、研训积分、教研信息反馈等在内的一整套制度；把握好技能培训、案例生成、反思研讨、交流展示、专家指导、总结提高六个环节。

| Abstract: | By building joint teaching research network, it can take the advantages as unlimited space-time, regular regional teachers＇ training practice, fair learning opportunity, passionate participation and effective teaching resources use. In practice, the platform should set a systematic system including moderator management, task management, learning points and feedback, and design six steps as training, case study, discussion, demonstration, expert guide and summary. |
