信息化助推区域常态化教研浅析

摘    要:构建联片教研信息网络,能打破时空制约,实现区域内教师研训常态化,让区域内教师享有均等的参与机会,发挥主动参与热情,使优质教育资源发挥更大效益。具体实践中需要搭建好一个平台;建构包括版主管理、课题管理、研训积分、教研信息反馈等在内的一整套制度;把握好技能培训、案例生成、反思研讨、交流展示、专家指导、总结提高六个环节。

Abstract:By building joint teaching research network, it can take the advantages as unlimited space-time, regular regional teachers' training practice, fair learning opportunity, passionate participation and effective teaching resources use. In practice, the platform should set a systematic system including moderator management, task management, learning points and feedback, and design six steps as training, case study, discussion, demonstration, expert guide and summary.
