| 摘 要： | 毕业论是教学过程中不可代替的一环。近年来，毕业论质量不高、抄袭严重、论结构和内容不理想的情况日趋严重。因此，探讨在现代远程开放教育条件下，怎样指导毕业论，对毕业论质量实行监控，具有重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | Graduation thesis is one of the most important parts of the teaching plans for all specialties,which can not ke replaced.In recent years,there exist some problems as following.Some graduation theses are of poor quality;others didn't finish the theses by themselves but copied from others.Moreover,the construction and the content of the thesis are not good.Therefore,it is of significance that teachers,who are in charge of graduation theses,give good instructions on students' thesis writing and monitor their theses quality.This paper made a survey on the problems existing in the thesis-guiding process in Changsha RTU management department,and then proposed some suggestions and strategies on how to improves the quality of graduation theses. |
