| 摘 要： | 教师是保证学校教育质量的关键，对教师工作质量的监控与评价是学校师资队伍建设和管理的一项重要工作。本文探讨了高职教师工作质量监控与评价的内容、原则、方法和手段，建立了《教师工作质量评价指标体系》和《评价信息管理系统》，并对教师工作质量作了科学的、完整的、易操作的评价。

| Abstract: | Teachers as a main part of education, are the key to ensuring the quality of education. It is an important work of constructing and managing teaching staff to supervise, control and evaluate the teachers' quality of education. The article explores the methods and establises the target system of eualu-ating teachers' quality of education and the management system of evaluated information to evaluate teachers' quality of education scientificly and completely. |
