谈培养创新素质的教学心理环境

摘    要:人际环境、集体气氛、教学气氛、个体心理因素是教学心理环境的构成要素;营造适宜的教学心理环境是培养创新素质的基本要求;营造与培养创新素质相适应的教学心理环境需要树立正确的教育价值观,建立民主平等的新型师生关系,发挥教师组织教学的引导功能,重视对学生的肯定性评价。

Abstract:This thesis introduces that interpersonal environment, collective atmosphere, teaching mood and individual psychological factors are all the components of teaching psychological environment. It emphases that it is essential to build up appropriate teaching psychological environment to cultivate innovation quality. It also suggests that setting up correct education values, creating equal relationship between the students and the teacher, and evaluating the students positively should be necessary to establish correspondent teaching psychological environment.
