摘    要:建立客车车身骨架的有限元分析模型并对其进行结构强度分析与优化。模型中保留了主要承载件,对悬架、预埋件、变截面梁与蒙皮进行了简化。在整车结构强度分析的基础上,采用尺寸优化设计方法对整车骨架进行轻量化设计。结果表明:优化后的结构强度明显增强,在一定程度上达到轻量化的目的,为客车整体骨架的优化提供了参考和依据。

Abstract:In the current study, the finite element model of a bus body skeleton was developed for structure strength analysis and optimization. The main carrier in this model was retained, and suspension, embedded parts, uniform beam and skin simplified. The original bus body frame structure strength was analyzed and lightweight optimization was attempted. Structural optimization analysis results show the structural strength has increased significantly and weight reduction is achieved to some extent. This study supplies a reference for the body frame structure optimization.
