| 摘 要： | 在我国的环境立法体系中,地方环境立法占了相当大的比重,做好这方面的环境立法工作,对我国环境的保护以及环境法体系的完善有很重要的作用.在本文分析了我国地方环境立法的特点,并提出了完善地方环境立法的一些建议.
