摘    要:幼儿园教育教学“实验热”作为一种教育现象,有其发生发展的历史与现实原因,反映着社会的变化与进步,体现着幼儿园教育教学管理的特点。当前幼儿园教育教学实验类型多样,多以变革性、外源性为主,存在着实验引进上忽视历史生态差异性、实验进行过程中缺乏科学指导和实验效果缺乏科学评估等问题。

Abstract:At present, many kindergartens are busying in doing some experiments to improve their education and teaching quality. These experiments are different in types and methods, but most are imported from abroad and ignore kindergartens'own conditions. Though such experimental researches have positive effects on kindergartens' teachers and education and environment, they should be done based on the conditions of kindergartens and under the scientific principles of research.
