| 摘 要： | 人事档案信息化管理存在信息系统缺乏科学性，数据库不能及时得到维护，信息量有限质量差等问题，只有选用高标准的干部人事档案管理信息系统，强化现代化意识，培养高素质档案管理队伍，及时进行系统维护，推进人事档案信息化进程，为高校发展服务。

| Abstract: | There are some problems in the personal file information management, for example,the information system lacks scientificalness,the data base can't be protected in time,the quantity of information is limited and the quality is not so good.We'd better choose high standard cadre personal file information management system,strengthen the modernization mentality,cultivate the ranks of high quality for file management,protect the system in time,promote the process of personal file informationization.serve the colleges and universities and propel them forward. |
