赤芍中芍药苷的超声波强化醇提工艺优化

摘    要:采用超声波强化过程提取技术,以乙醇为萃取溶剂提取芍药苷,用高效液相色谱(HPLC)分析检测方法分析芍药苷浓度,并以芍药苷提取得率为评价标准。通过正交设计方法,选择乙醇与药材之间的倍量、提取时间、提取次数、乙醇浓度四因素进行正交试验,优化超声波法醇提赤芍中芍药苷的工艺条件。通过残差分析和方差分析,确定赤芍超声提取的最佳工艺条件为:6倍量的70%乙醇溶液,超声提取3次,每次1 h,提取次数对芍药苷的含量影响最大。在优化实验条件下,从赤药中提取的芍药苷含量为36.04 mg/g。

Abstract:The optimum technique conditions of paeoniflorin from the Radix Paeoniae Rubra by ultrasonic extraction with ethanol were studied.Ethanol was used as extraction solvent to extract paeoniflorin by ultrasonic.The content of paeoniflorin was determined by HPLC and the yield of paeoniflorin is as the detective marker.Orthogonal experiment was carried out to investigate four influential factors including the ratio of ethanol to sample,extraction time,times and ethanol concentration.The optimum conditions are as ...
