| 摘 要： | 虽然业界对网络教育公共服务体系(以下简称"公共服务体系")一直存在争议,但全国性、区域性、行业性和虚拟性等多样化、多元化公共服务体系并存发展已成为一种趋势,而且"学习超市"、"数字化学习港"和"学分银联"等隐喻也逐渐被认可.本文基于连锁经营理念,比较分析了公共服务体系与连锁超市、快餐店、网店和网校的经营与管理,探讨了公共服务体系的连锁经营与管理模式. |
