| 摘 要： | 目的:研究先天性畸形胎儿阑尾的解剖学及组织学结构,探讨几种畸形与阑尾发育之间的关系。方法:应用形态学方法,对先天性畸形胎儿阑尾进行解剖、观察,并制成组织切片,在光镜下观察其组织学结构。结果:3类10例先天性畸形胎儿中,并缺指畸形胎儿、胸腹联体胎儿及无脑儿阑尾的形态学及组织学结构均无明显异常。结论:不同先天性畸形胎儿对阑尾的生长发育影响不明显。

| Abstract: | Purposes: To study the anatomical and histological structure of appendix of congenital malformation fetus,and to discuss the relationships between several malformations and the development of appendix.Methods: Using morphological method,to dissect and observe the appendix of congenital malformation fetus,and to make the paraffin sections and observe the histological structures under the light-microscope.Results: in ten cases of three categories of congenital malformation fetus,the morphological and histological structures of appendix in syndactylia fetus,omphalo-thoracopagus twins and in anencephaly fetus show no obvious abnormity.Conclusions: Different congenital malformations have no obvious effects in the development of fetus's appendix. |
