| 摘 要： | 高校合并就是要通过校院之间与校内系科之间的综合重组，培养宽口径、厚基础、适应面广的复合型、通用型新型人才，以适应现代科学技术发展和市场经济的需要。我国合并高校首先面临的一个非常重要而又不易解决的问题就是：融合。解决融合问题的根本出路在于在学科融合上率先实现突破，用学科的融合来带动其它方面的融合。试图讨论合并高校学科重组中学科融合存在的问题，分析了合并高校学科融合中学科布局特点、院系设置、学科重组、办学效益等方面的内容，旨在促进合并高校的建设和发展。

| Abstract: | One of the major problems confronting the merged universities is that of merging. The only way out lies in a breakthrough in the merge of disciplines, which can hopefully bring about more merges in various other aspects. Discussed in the paper are issues related to the merge of disciplines in the realignment of disciplines in the merged institutions. |
