| 摘 要： | 高校档案工作的规范化建设是高校档案工作业务建设的重要课题,是关系到高校档案事业发展的大事。2008年9月,根据档案法和有关规定,教育部和国家档案局颁布了《高等学校档案管理办法》(教育部令第27号),把高校档案工作列为高等学校重要的基础性工作,并将之纳为学校的整体发展规划。该"管理办法"的颁布,标志着我国高校档案管理工作进入新的发展阶段。因此,笔者认为,应从思想上、职能上、经济投入等进一步加强高校档案工作的规范化建设。
