| 摘 要： | 现代社会对人才的心理素质提出了较高的要求。现代人才应具备包括智力因素心理素质和非智力因素心理素质等心理品质。思想政治教育在促进现代人才心理健康中发挥着重要作用,通过思想政治教育能有效培养和提高现代人才的心理素质。
