| 摘 要： | 针对教师教育的特点,师范院校加强《师范生教师职业生涯规划》课程建设是当务之急。在分析课程建设必要性的同时,着重从课程目标与大纲建设、课程内容资源与教材建设、课程组织与实施策略、以及课程评价与质量保障四个方面,提出了具体的建设框架和可操作性策略。在课程建设过程中还需注意三个问题.
