| Abstract: | The New Course Standard of Geography initiates new ideas, and it demands the changing of teaching methods.For example,Exam-orientated education based on knowledge should be changed into Quality-orientated education based on both knowledge and ability. Directional thought shouldbetaken place of by creativethought.The main teaching place shouldbechanged from inside class to the combination of inside and outside class.There should also be changing about other aspects:from ending teaching to teaching focused on course,from teacher's leading role to both teacher and students’leading role,from single method and means to the scientific nature,opening and investigation of teaching method. |
