基于因子模型的高校教师教学评价指标体系研究

摘    要:本文用因子分析方法,对现有的高校教师教学评价指标进行分析,在保留原有数据信息的前提下,提取出能反映教师教学水平的关键指标,改进了指标体系。

Abstract:basing on the factor analysis model,this paper reduces the dimension of numerous teaching indicators with multi-step procedure.Under the premise of the least information loss,we select the stable and effective ones from all the important indicators to measure teaching after a number of model comparisons on the effectiveness and consistency,and finally constructed rapid teaching evaluation index system.
