| 摘 要： | 回顾自20世纪70年代金融衍生产品发展以来的衍生品监管理论后,发现:衍生市场监管与衍生品发展相互促进,衍生品监管理论经历立法管制与行业自律争论后,已经走向了联合监管与全球金融监管协调。

| Abstract: | This article has reviewed the financial supervising theory since the 70's of 20th century when derivative instruments developed,and discovered that the supervising theory of financial market mutually to promote with the derivatives development.It is moving towards union supervising and global coordinating after the debating between the legislative regulation and professional autonomy. |
